Terms of service

What the service does: it reads your documents and, on your instructions, saves draft documents and master data into your own Qoyod account. Vouchers and manual journal entries post immediately in Qoyod and are saved only after your explicit confirmation. The service never moves money and never approves documents.

Your responsibility: review every entry before approving it in Qoyod. AI can misread; the final records in your books are your and your accountant's responsibility.

Subscription and limits: the free trial has a monthly document limit; the paid subscription is unlimited within fair use. A "document" is one successful save into Qoyod, even if the draft is later deleted. When the trial or subscription ends, access stops until renewal; your data remains.

Liability: the service is provided as is. Our total liability does not exceed what you paid us in the last three months. We are not responsible for outages of Qoyod or of the AI apps.

Termination: you can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
