Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026 · The service is provided by MEA IS LTD (United Kingdom).

What we store: your email, name and company (from your Google account), an encrypted copy of your Qoyod API key, and a counter of saved documents (operation type and time only).

What we do not store: invoice content. It passes through our server to Qoyod and is neither saved nor logged. We hold no passwords; sign-in is through Google.

Where data is processed: on our hosting provider Render's servers outside Saudi Arabia, under contractual safeguards. Invoice images you send to Claude or ChatGPT are processed by that app under its own policies.

Your rights: delete the key or the account at any time from the Account page; deletion removes the key and personal data immediately. Questions or a copy of your data: sales@mea-is.com.
